If you want to serve cosmetic products to European Union, you need to prepare a Product Information File as described in Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009. Product Information File is a must and have to be prepared for each cosmetic product seperately.
In Article 11 of Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 describes that the Product Information File for Cosmetic Product should be kept for ten years after the last party product placed on the shelfs, by the Responsible Person.
The responsible person must ensure that the language of the PIF is easily understandable by the authorities, and also should update the document if necessary. PIF must be stored in a safe area. It must be accessible electronically or in another format.
Our experienced safety assessor who is certified and authorized by University of Brussels prepares and signs the Cosmetic Product Safety Reports, which is the first point to be checked in case of an official audit. We prepare the full Product Information File which is necessary to be preserved for a cosmetic product.
